Vyx is a decentralized bandwidth sharing network that allows users to:

• Share unused internet bandwidth with the network
• Earn passive income based on bandwidth contribution
• Access distributed proxy services through the network
• Participate in a global network infrastructure

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3User Responsibilities

As a user of Vyx, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4Bandwidth Sharing

By participating in the Vyx network as a bandwidth provider:

• You grant Vyx the right to use your shared bandwidth for legitimate network purposes
• You confirm that you have the legal right to share your internet connection
• You understand that sharing bandwidth may affect your internet speed and data usage
• You are responsible for any costs associated with your internet service provider
• You acknowledge that earnings are based on actual bandwidth usage and network demand

5Payments and Earnings

• Earnings are calculated based on the amount of bandwidth shared and network demand
• Current earning rate is $0.10 per GB, subject to change with notice
• Minimum payout threshold is $5.00
• Payouts are processed monthly via supported payment methods
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse payments if fraudulent activity is detected
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings

6Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7Intellectual Property

IN NO EVENT SHALL VYX, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

10Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
